Privacy Notice

Updated September 7, 2026

This notice covers the Thesis marketing website and investor and researcher waitlists. AMS Global Ventures is responsible for this information. Questions or requests? Email hello@followthesis.com.

What we collect

When you join a waitlist, we collect your name, email, research source or organization, and answers about your workflow, brokerage, and interest in early access. Optional questions may cover your country, device, account type, research formats, and broad subscriber numbers. We also record your communication choices and non-personal signup source or campaign labels.

Our hosting and form providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request or submission timestamps to deliver and protect their services. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.

Tally saves unfinished answers in your browser so you can return to the form. We receive your answers when you submit it.

Please do not send account numbers, credentials, holdings, balances, private research, or subscriber information. The waitlist does not connect to your brokerage account.

How we use it

We use your answers to manage the waitlist, understand workflows, plan early access, and follow up about interviews, tests, or availability. People review these answers; submitting a form does not automatically grant access, create an account, start a paid plan, or authorize trades.

Product-update emails are optional and separate from waitlist follow-up. You can decline them without affecting your signup, and withdraw permission at any time.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests, developing Thesis, and securing this website; consent for optional marketing emails; and legal obligations where applicable.

Who handles it

We use Tally to collect and store form responses, PostHog to measure how this website is used, Vercel to host this website, and email service providers to handle correspondence. These providers process information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Forms open on Tally; this website does not embed them or add advertising pixels. We do not sell waitlist responses or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

PostHog records which pages are viewed, which links are used, the referring site or campaign label, and technical details such as browser, device type, and approximate location derived from an IP address. This measurement does not set cookies on this website and does not follow you to other websites; each visit is counted on its own. We use it to understand which explanations work, not to build a profile of you.

Tally describes its handling of information in its Privacy Notice and data protection information. Providers and authorized personnel may process information outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate contractual or other legally recognized safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while it is needed to plan and offer early access or maintain the relationship you requested. We delete it when it is no longer needed or when you request removal, except for records needed to meet legal obligations, maintain security, or honor communication preferences. Provider backups may take additional time to expire.

Your choices

Email hello@followthesis.com to leave the waitlist, stop emails, correct your information, or request access or deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

We will update this page if these practices change and provide additional notice where required. Separate information and terms will apply before you use the Thesis application.
